Snipe and Stork saw the others hadn't noticed the rain. "Uh, guys, it's startin' ta' pour. Do ya' wanna come to our place to keep dry?"Snipe asked. Their pelts would soon be soaked with rain if they didn't go.

Florestadream's eyes met with Lilyflower before she padded away. "I'll talk to you once we are alone. This is not something I should share openly," she said in a rushed and quiet tone. Her eyes were still cold, but her voice was heated and serious. But once Lilyflower had heard what she said, she once again froze in her position, eyes only blinking once in a while as her eyes dried. "So, Shadewing, Shadowpelt... Your thoughts on Stork and Snipe?" Her voice was questioning, but hardly. It was still dead.

Scorchpaw was standing with Snipe and Stork, both of wich were telling her of what they had done as they traveled."Ta' , as we traveled, we came accross some mountain cats, though not many. They had muddy pelts, and were very kind to us. But they said they could only help us out for a week, considering the fact that half of their clan was either wounded, or dead. The,cavegaurds, or what you call warriors, had said that a cat had come with two from their clan, an some of their cats went with em'.The good news was that they finished off the enemy cats, but they had a small tribe,or what ya' call a clan. They said thanks and we left, cuz they still didn't have enough room for us."Snipe told her. "And as we traveled here, we saw those Pantherclan scum killin' off three of their own, then they dumped em' in different places. One in the river, one in a ditch...and one on what you call a thunderpath. Nasty varments."Snipe added. "The one dumped in the river was Rainmask! Mabe the others were someone Lilyflower or someone else knew!"Scorchpaw whispered.

Shadewing frowned slightly, remembering the words that the dream cat had spoken to him. "Well... I dont know. I guess they could help. I mean they are willing." THe dark tom sighed heavily. "Alright, i told this to Resta earlier but i think its time you guys ought to know. A Starclan cat told me that the chosen need to find the decendents of the roaring lion. These cats will atone themselves by fighting against a cunning panther. He said that only the choosen cats can get the roaring lion's decendents though... The decendents of ghosts, twisters and clouds could summon them... Im not sure what it means but i dont think we have the time to figure out how clouds twisters and ghosts have children." A frown touched the tom's lips as he turned away. "I dont know what Snipe and Stork fit in to all this."

Stork and Snipe were in privat conversation as Scorchpaw heard what Shadewing said. "Remember the legends? The cats with htose words in their names? And plus, I figure the Panther is pantherstar,Tiger is Tigerstar...I still can't remember who had the names of Twister and Ghost."Scorchpaw told them. She hoped that helped. But she felt tired.

Shadewing frowned deeply at Scorchpaw, "Why were you eavesdropping? Stay out of the conversation." However she was right. It would be stupid if they had to fight a real panther. What did that make the roaring lion though? If the panther was just a figure of speech then the roaring lion would be too! But who could the roaring lion be? From the legends there were only a few cats with the name lion. There was Lionheart and then Lionblaze but that tom only have two kits and they died without having any kits. Shadewing's mind whirled with confusion.

"Scorchpaw backed off, knowing she shouldn't have blurted that out and went over to sit at a near by tree. Snipe and Stork were still in conversation. She sighed to herself, feeling crestfallen. At least they would go to bed soon. She yawned and curled up, but found her yes watering. She stod up, and was walking to another tree, only to find herself in a bad smelling sticky goop. She couldn't move! She decided not to get the others though. She tried to get out and fell over in the sticky thick green liquid.

"But I agree with Scorchpaw, Shade," snapped Florestadream, eyes narrowed slightly. Then she looked away and to Shadowpelt, then back to Shadewing. "Panther... is Pantherstar... but Twister and Ghost... I'm not sure...," she trailed off, eyes confused once more. But looking up, she thought aloud, "Let's find shelter from this rain... I never liked the smell of a bunch of wet cats..."

Riverheart looked up from where he was thinking. "Remember in the stories, when Lionblaze took over the four clans, and only six cats stood up to him? Those cats were Duskfeather, Runningcloud, Ghostfur, Twisterstep, Onyxclaw, and Dancewind. Ghosts...Twisters...and Clouds..." Riverheart shook his head. If the StarClan cat had been talking about descendants of Runningcloud, Ghostfur, and Twisterstep, then they were looking in the wrong clan. Those cats would be in ThunderClan, surely.
