Budew knows Absorb, Growth, Water Sport and Stun Spore.

IC:
Hikari sat in the bushes, planning on what to do. Well, she could sent out Budew... The Rockets hadn't seen that Pokemon yet, so they couldn't link it to her... Pulling out the Poke Ball as quietly as she could, she returned Poliwag and let Budew out, then quietly instructed her to attack the Rockets, except Kanrik, as hard as she could.
Budew silently made her way out of the bushes and positioned herself so that she had an advantage. She closed her eyes and focused her energy on growing and piling up her strength by using Growth. Jumping out, she let loose a Stun Spore on everyone but Kanrik. "Budeeew!" she cried as madly as she could. She needed to look like an angry wild Pokemon.

The other rockets let out cries of surprise as the Budew ran out and hit them with Stun Spore. But Claudia and a grunt were smart enough to step back. "Another wild pokemon must have attacked or that trainer Kanrik wa battling must have done it!" Claudia cried. "Back to base!" She called. But the grunt was parylized and couldn't move, and Claudia fell in the dust. It clouded around Kanrik and he quickly ran with Buddew behind some bushes. "Where'd he go?! The pokemon took him!" the grunts started shouting. "Find Kanrik and that little twirp!" the Executive shouted. Kanrik heard panting and saw someone else come out too. It was James. "Where's Kanrik?!" He cried. Kanrik stood parylized. He didn't want to run from his mom and dad-but he couldn't stay wiht the rockets. He quickly took Hikari's hand and started running with Buddew.

IC: Hikari gave Kanrik's hand a little pull and directed him towards her friends. They kept running and eventually found everyone. "Hey, this is a Rocket, but he's tired of being one. I wanna help him out of the Rocket organization, but my Cyndaquil is tired and Poliwag's had it rough. Budew won't be able to take on all of them," she quickly explained to everyone, then pulled out a Poke Ball and withdrew Budew.
"...Good job, buddy. Have a good rest."

ic: Jen saw her race in wih the rocket and explain. "Wait wait what? You just found him he says he wants to get away and you don't think he's just doing this to be a spy?" she asked. Kanrik gave her a glare. "Hey, I don't care how or when just get me outta here!" he shouted. "I can't stand it with those lunatics and their rediculously retarded plans!" he cried. Jen stared at him. "Erm...okay..." she said. He smiled a bit but heard His dad, James, shouting,"Quick! Find him, don't let him go! Kanrik! C'mon!" he cried. "No way am I going back to that." he said. Jen nodded and returned her pokemon. "Kori lets move, sounds like a bunch of Rockets are out there."

Guys, I'm terribly sorry I haven't been posting -- I stopped checking it when it got really inactive and it didn't cross my mind to check it again later, especially since I've been busy with stuff on BZP. But now that it's rolling again, I'll definitely start paying more attention to it. ^_^

Now to clear up a few things:
-5th Gen. Pokémon: I don't want these in the game until Black and White get released in the U.S., since we know nothing about them (again.) ;)

-More plotlines are fine.

-Referring to the missing Shaymin -- I didn't actually think TL would have any Legendaries at the beginning of the RP, but I suppose letting them have a Shaymin would be fine -- all the others will need to be recruited, though. ;)

Oh and, uh, for future reference, if someone disappears for a long period of time, feel free to control their character until they return/it becomes apparent that they aren't coming back. ^_^

IC: Kori was unresponsive for a moment. Then his teammates yelling finally registered to him, and he blinked, looking around. He saw his friends hurrying in another direction. Quickly, he recalled Kitheus and ran after them, just as the group of Rockets rounded the corner.
"Wha- what's going on!?" he called. "Why are they chasing us?" Then he caught sight of Kanrik. "And who is that!?"

ic: Jen turned to him. "Apparently this runaway Rocket wants to get away from them and his dad is James who's running after us and him right now." she said quickly SHe pulled his hand. "Hurry!" Kanrik grabbed Hikari's hand as the Rockets started to come out. But not before he dissapeared into the bushes. Unfortunatly, Jen, Kori, and Hikari were still out even if Kanrik was dragging Hikari along.

And Serebii.net has pretty much all the current information on the 5th Gen. Regardless, they still aren't allowed. :)

IC: "So it's another day in the life of a Team Libetry agent, eh?" Kori said as they jumped through the bushes and continued running through the forest. "That's super special awesome. So I guess our date with the Team Rocket base is canceled?"

ic: Jen gave a low grumble. "Yeah, We'll have to do that when we don't have a bunch of grunts on us." she said. Kanrik was still wondering why Hikari wouldn't say anything but guessed it was because of the chase and being exhausted, meaning they'd have to hide soon. "C'mon, I have a great place to hide." he said.
