IC: The Rocket leader continued the meeting, "In other news, we finally recieved our shippment of Eevees and new recruit uniforms." Everyone around Matayo began clapping and cheering. The leader held his hand up and everyone stopped. "Alright, that's everything. Meeting dismissed. All executives stay here. We are going to discuss my plan to capture Moltres."

OOC: I think Wyvernclaw should be the one to RP as any Rocket officials, just so we can all be steered in the correct direction or given challenges when needed. Plus, it'd be fair... we don't exactly want Giovanni getting up there and doing anything anti-climatic now would we? D:
