Vertigo nibbled some the same, and it helped him a little. He sighed with content. Maybe everything would be okay, until he remembered the bad dudes right behind them. He groaned and started toward a bush. If they were coming, he was gonna have some hiding until he could sprint away. He climbed in through the brambles and found a quick escape route, then called to his friends. "We could hide out in here until they come!" he said.

Big Wig gave him a grin. "DOn't worry. They can't get here very quickley without a boat. It'll take them four or so ours to catch up." he laughed. CLoudlusifer gave him a grin. She hopped away and headed for the underbrush. Looking out, she saw a few farms. "Wonder what's down there..." she muttered under her breath. It was curious, how things went. She slowley padded forewards, and then broke into a sprint.

Vertigo shrugged and looked at Cloudlisifer. He sighed a curled up in a tight ball among the brambles. He slowly fell asleep. Vertigo dreamed about fire and blood scouring the country, everything destroyed, and across a river was a sweet smelling, lush valley with many rabbits. He and his friends were on the side with the blood and fire. They had to cross the river. But as he jumped into it, the other side of the bank got farther away, until the river became an ocean, swallowing the valley, drowning all the rabbits that were there, and starting to choke him and yank him under... Vertigo jerked awake before he could die.

Cloudlusifer walked over to Vertego, who snapped to attention. "Did you see what I saw?" she asked in a hush-hush voice. She wanted to know if he'd seen the Black rabbit of death-or maybe something worse. She sat next to him, frustration crossing her face. Big Wig was soothing Clover, trying to make sure she was comfortable.

Vertigo shrugged at her. "I'm not sure. I was too busy dying," he laughed pawing the with an uneasy paw. He looked up at her. "It was really bad though. Everyone was either murdered, burned, or drowned to death. It was horrible. Even a great habitat was engulfed my water," he said, and a shudder went down his spine. He looked around nervously.

VIverpaw gave a shuder. "I saw the Black Rabbit of death. He said that Viver had joined his warren, and someone else would soon." she explained, a chill going down her spine. "My father used to tell me that certain rabbits used to see the black rabbit of death." she muttered. "ANd some could see the blood of rabbits stained over a field and spreading like fire...like everyone would die.." she nervousley hopped along a bit more.

Vertigo nodded. "That's like my dream. Everyone died." He shuddered again. "Even me. He looked at the other and pushed out of the thicket. He looked at the river, water churning, calling at him, wanting desperately to drag him under, like in his dream. It wanted to take him and sit on him, holding at the bottom and suffocating him. He turned away from the river when he started feeling queasy and dizzy.

VIverpaw gave a small sigh. She saw the Black Rabbit of Death again. But this time he was beckoning her to follow through the brush, out to the farms."Doworry. Come, someone that has ventured from the boat is near death." he told her. She skirted off without a word after his black and moving shape, bounding as if it was a simple jog.
