Viverpaw turned as she heard a twig snap, her anger unlocked from its deapths. She scented Treepaw withion the mist."Treepaw?" she asked. Her father shifted with a small sigh."Treepaw? Is that you?" she asked. "Or is it Hazelclaw?" she asked. His scent was uncertain in the fog.
Treepaw stepped out from behind the bush and waved his tail in greeting. There was certainly another cat there. He smiled at the cat and dipped his head. Then he turned to his friends. "What going on?" he whispered, clawing the ground, looking nervously at the cat.

I am Jaggedpine. Just thought I should let you know.
"I'm her father." Fallenfang answered, greeting him. Viverpaw turned back. "And? WHat do you want?" she asked, her tone cold. Hadn't he realized how it felt to be without a father? He had left her since kit hood! SHe growled. She wasn't going to let him off that easily. Why should she?
Copperpaw kept his stance and bristled even though the cat claimed to be Viverpaw's father. Not daring to talk he signaled to Treepaw with his tail to go on the other side of Viverpaw just in case something happened.Thefog kept the other cat almost hidden as Copperpaw tried to make out some features.
Fallenfang talked a little more, trying to explain. "Listen, the only proof I have is the fact that I know Hazelclaw." he said. "I also happened to know Goldenstar and Tatterwind, and my mate knew them, but only at gahterings. She was from another clan, the oe I'm in at the time. Her name is petalsong." he explianed. Viverpaw was a shocked to know he knew so many clan emebers names. "So, I guess you are." VIverpaw answered, her tone a bit light, but with grief.
Copperpaw looked at Viverpaw and perked his ears up. "That's it? He's says he's your dad and your just going to believe him becuase he knows a few cats' names?" Copperpaw shook his head and stared at FallenFang. "I dont believe you one bit. If you think you know those cats so well then how about you come to the camp and talk to them yourself." He hissed at the bigger tom. Even if he was Viverpaw's father it was hard to believe him just because he said so.
The cat stood a bit straighter. ""Alright, I'll go." 'they should remember...we've known each other since we were kits..." he thought, Viverpaw leading them with a stern outcropping. SHe didn't care if he was her father. If he made one wrong move, he was finished. A few hours later, they arrived at camp. Fang, Hazelclaw, and Laluche turned to greet them. Hazelclaw fixed his eyes on Faallenfang, who gave a dip of the head to greet him.
Copperpaw walked in and sat on the side off all the cats. Watching them he twitched his whiskers and wondered if Hazelclaw would remember the tom and if he did what would that mean for Viverpaw? Would she leave the clan to be with her father? Copperpaw's heart started racing as he thought of Viverpaw leaving and never seeeing her again.
Hazelclaw gave a grin, but his nose twitched uncertainly. "Fallenclaw?" he asked. Viverpaw's fur stood on end. So he did know him. Fallenclaw nodded. "Good to see ya again. Ya seen Tatterwind?" he asked. Viverpaw narrowed her eyes. Just because he was her father didn't mean she'd all of a sudden go crazy and start worshipping him.
Copperpaw grunted at Fallenclaw and stood up. Walking away from the other cats he layed in the corner of the camp watching them. He didn't like the new cat even if he was Viverpaw's father. Narrowing his eyes he watched him ask for Tatterwind. Copperpaw looked away and watched some of the cats from the clan come out to see him.
