The tom sat up and thought trying to remeber anything before Paintedleaf found him. "I remember...a orange almost brown fur color...and a bush....but thats all." He looked at Jaggedpine, Paintedleaf then Scorcheart. Wondering what they were going to do with him.
Jaggedpine smiled at the tom, trying to make him feel batter. "It's okay, don't worry about it. You just need some help." He waved his tail for Shatterstep and Aurapaw to hurry. He wondered if they needed any herbs. He scraped the earth with his claws and looked into the cat's eyes. He looked faintly familiar, but he didn't know where from. No matter how hard he tried, the deputy couldn't shake the thought away that he knew this cat. He remembered all the other ThunderClan cats with him, and this cat, who was somewhere giving a speech, and he seemed important. He nudged Paintedleaf and Scorchheart. "Do you know him from somewhere?" he asked.

Scorchheart continued to wrap gentle swabs of cobwebs on him." How bout-oh, right. Like I said before, we found him out htere and he seems to have a case of amnesia. WOuld you mind if we had him in the d=medics den?" she asked Duskstar, finishing her conversation from earlier.
Duskstar sighed and waved over Shatterstep and Aurapaw. "Go ahead, let the medicine cats take care of him. I want to talk with him when he's feeling a bit better and is able to actually keep up a conversation without passing out," she added, glancing critically at the injured tom. "My name is Duskstar, and this is my clan. I'll be talking with you when you feel a bit better." She turned and strode away, knowing that unnecessary cats caused more harm than help. Where was Ebonycloud? She would have loved his counsel at the moment.

"If he dies, then it will be God's will."
"If that was meant to be comforting, it was not."
"Everyone dies eventually. Once you are born, you begin to die."
"That was not comforting either!"
"It is the way of the Creed. Usually our deaths are violent but quick."
Scorchheart hung her head. "Sorry about not telling you any sooner." she appologized. she hated to maek people feel bad in any way at any time. But she made sure to have the laughing when they left, though it was a different stpry with Duskstar and several others. She didn't want to get nosey either, so she padded off to the warriors den, but not before giving the injured tom a few more cob webs.
Ebonycloud reentered the camp, a smile plastered over his face. He had just gotten finished with a good jog around the territory. He was figuring places that would be good to take his apprentice when he got one. Yet the sent that wafted in to his made his blood run cold. There was a strange cat in his camp. The dark warrior's hackles raised as he ice blue eyes sought out the new cat. Laying not to far from the medicine cat den was the tabby and calico tom. The rest of Thunderclan was crowded around him, Duskstar was circling and looking very annoyed. Ebonycloud stood up straighter and gave a knowing if not sarcastic smile. He was going to have to do something silly in order to get that look off her face. With a great grin the black furred tom strode forward. "Evenin' folks. What have we got here?" He tilted his head as Duskstar passed in from of him, eyes intent on where the loner was laying. Before she was out of reach he nudged her saying, "Yo, leader, mind telling me what's up?"
Paintedleaf watched Duskstar for a moment then turned back to the tom. "I dont think I've seen him before...." She meowed replying to Jaggedpine's question. Standing up she took one last look at the injured tom then walked toward the camp clearing flicking her tail to the deputy to say she was leaving. Walking past Duskstar and Ebonycloud she felt as if she should apologize to the leader but she didnt want to interrupt their conversation. Sitting down she watched the medicine cats den from afar.
Jaggedpine shrugged and padded away, leaving the cat to be. He flopped down on the ground in front of the Highledge and listened intently to the sounds of the forest. He took a deep breath, tasting the air, but there was nothing unusual. He allowed himself to drift off into sleep.

Scorchheart watched the others as they moved about, crowding around the tom.She gave a sigh. It was odd-how they always payed more attention and scorn to someone they didn't know. But someone who'd been with them a while that was normal rank was always just a part of the crowd to them. She wondeed...how did some cats put up with living alone, as loners or rouges in a pack? The life of a kittypet had always sounded so bitter, yet she still ventured to find out why. Loners were said to be untrustworthy, and selfish. Yet, if this cat was a loner, he didn't show so many signs of such virtues. ANd rouges-they were said to work together, but only saving a member of the pack, and no one else. Which was that cat? He didn't seem to show any of those little atributes of personia.
The tom looked around at the cats and sighed. How could he not even remember his name? Giving a sigh he looked at the calico cat and saw her watching him. Turning his head he loooked at the cat called Scorchheart and tilted his head wondering what she was thinking about. Paintedleaf stood up and walked over to Scorchheart. "That cut looked pretty bad, if he stays here long we can't just keep calling him 'the tom'" She laughed alittle and sat down next to her. "What do you think his temporary name should be? Or should we ask him what he would like as his name for now?" She looked at the warrior and tilted her head.
