Mossflower looked startled as she walked with ThunderClan, away from the gathering. Did Ebonycloud REALLY like Duskstar? And did he really moon over her since they were kits? She sighed. Why would she care? Ebonycloud was wayyy to old for her anyways. She didn't want to ruin her reputation -- not that she had much of one anyways -- if she mated with an oldie. She sighed and followed the synchronized pace of the THunderClan cats as they marched to their camp.
As soon as they reached the tree, Duskstar leaped onto the wood and trotted across it without hesitation, waiting for the rest of the clan before setting off, away from the Gathering, at a fast bound, racing over WindClan's territory. For a while, if not a long time, the forest would remain dangerous, but camp was the safest place they could be in. She felt her fur brush again'st Ebonycloud's with nearly every step, and was inwardly glad that he was there, knowing that she might not have been as strong if he hadn't stood for her.

"If that was meant to be comforting, it was not."
"Everyone dies eventually. Once you are born, you begin to die."
"That was not comforting either!"
"It is the way of the Creed. Usually our deaths are violent but quick."
OOC; Hey! He isnt an old fart D: He's just... well... seasoned XD
Ebonycloud smiled softly to himself as he whispered, "Great job leader. I think it went swell." All the while he could feel Mossflower's gaze on his back. He turned his ice blue eyes over his shoulder to see her. A smile passed across his lips as he flicked his tail for her to hurry up and walk beside him. "What's with that face? You look like a badger jumped out and tried to eat you." He chuckled lightly trying to get that quizical and shocked look off her face.
Paintedleaf followed quickly behind te patrol only looking back once at the island. Some of the clans were already being hostile before Duskstar gave the news and now everything would just get worse. Keeping her head low Paintedleaf watched her leader and stayed silent.
Jaggedpine padded along at the back of the patrol. Branchfoot and Pinewhisker looked a bit frightened, but they had faith in their leader. Jaggedpine smiled. He looked over at Scorchheart. "That went...okay," he said, trying to sound happy and casual. The other clans were furious though, but at least they knew the truth, whether they chose to believe it or not. He looked over at the WindClan cats, who had departed just after them. Some still looked over at the ThunderClan warriors with disdain. He snarled at them, even though they couldn't see him, but then he bounded up closer to his clan.

I am Jaggedpine. Just thought I should let you know.
Scorchheart gave him a grin in reply, but at the grimaces from the other clans, her ears flattened down in disgust. How could those cats be so immature and have so many ridiculous thoughts? If she hadn't known about the message, she wouldn't have started to make false acusations without proof. And saying that Duskstar had pointed out they'd be the only ones to survive? They hadn't even mentioned it. SHe padded behind Ebonycloud and Mossflower holding her tongue. She wasn't going to let them egg thunderclan into a fight.
Paintedleaf looked behind and saw Windclan cat's looking over in their direction. The two windclan warriors she had sat with looked at her for a moment then turned their heads. Sighing Paintedleaf looked ahead again and watched the Thunderclan patrol. Scorchheart and Jaggedpine looked like they were going to say something to the Windclan cats, Mossflower was walking at pace with them without saying a word, and Ebonycloud looked like he was trying to make Duskstar feel better. Blinking Paintedleaf picked up her pace wanting to just rest in her spot near the warriors den once they got back to camp.
Scorchheart heaved a sigh of releif once they reached camp. An idea-not a good one-popped into her head. What if the meeting was what started the terrable trouble? That only made things much worse. She had a dropy loook about her as she lay in the warriors den. Another night. Hopefully no other star clan prophecies would be made. Now everything was turning upside down for them.
Paintedleaf walked inside the camp and nodded to the cat guarding at the entrance. Going strait to her nest outside the warriors den she yawned and lied on the soft bedding. Not trying to think about the gathering Paintedleaf closed her eyes tightly and put a paw over her head just wanting to go to sleep, without anymore dreams or arguements.
