Arina gave a sigh as she was put down. The gaurds turned and the leader gave a cackle. She wanted toget up but she was weak. She stood on shakly legs. She was NOT to be taken down so easily. She snarled and barrale a gaurd over, jumping away so he couldn't kick her. She ran over to Spectre, standing in front of him. She heard a mew and ran over to Lucy;s cage, Spectre on her tail.
Dakota saw Arina get up and run to another dogs cage. 'Dont make me do this...' She thought and saw the leader staring at her like he wanted her to do something. Gulping Dakota stood up and walked toward Arina. This must be a way to show her loyalty to him. She thought and stood growling at Arina. "Get back in your place!" She barked and whispered to her right after. "Please, just play along we'll get you out as soon as we can." Circling around her like she was about to attack Dakota barked at Arina again and growled. "You heard what I said pup?" She growled and lowered her head.
Arina heard. and she would try to play along. She backed away, snarling. "Get her back over here." the leader called. "And vring the stress toy." he added with a chuckle. Arina was walked over and she didn't fight. She sat and glared at Dakota to look cinvincing. "I will help you Lucy..." she muttered. She felt someone mack her head and looked to see the leader.
OOC: I think Im a make a minor character. I'll introduce him soon.
IC: Dakota almost let out a growl when the leader hit Arina but she caught herself. "That cat isnt good enough to relieve your stress. Maybe you should have one of your dogs fight for you. It gives me pleasure to see other dogs fight." She barked to the leader and hoped he would agree with her. Looking at Arina she growled. "What you looking at?" She tried to act mean and looked back at the leader.
"That cna be arranged." he cackled. "Get that dog and Dark in the ring." he laughed. Arina was dragged behind Dark into a clearing and shoved into it. A fight? With someone so young? How could she do that? She looked to Dark. Suddenly, the leader gave a bark. "Wait-switch Dark with this one." he laughed. A bigger and stronger dog stepped forewards. She could easily beat him. It wouldn't be hard. But she couldn't accept having to fight someone who had their whole life ahead of them.
Dakota walked with the leader to watch the fight. This wasnt what she wanted. She wanted him to send in two other dogs not Arina! Sitting down Dakota hoped Arina would be alright. Seeing the larger dog she stared at it and couldnt take her eyes off the arena.
A large Bull Terrier sat beside her and grinned. His tan and white fur was ruffled up alittle like he had just been in a fight, maybe with one of the other dogs. He looked at her and narrowed her eyes analyzing her then turned to the fight.
"BEGIN!" the leader called. The dog charged at Arina rather stupidly. She grinned and doubled back. As soon as he was in range, she kicked at his jaw. THere was a sickening crack, but he grinned even more. He snapped at her leg. He leapt into the air as if to pounce, and she did the same with her forepaw extended. Both crossed rapidly and landed. A large slash appeared over his eye and he shreked. She grinned, only a small cut appearing over her shouldier. While he momentarily was distracted, she ran up to him, giving a loud bark and smashing her ehad onto his. He gave a cry as there was a strange thudding sound. A cut appeared on his forehead and he gasped. "I won't let you win." Arina said, snarling, and leapt for his throat. He doubled back and kicked at her, hitting her stomach. But she was only momentarily swayed by this. She struck out, tail high, and left a scar on his eye lid. The leader grinned. Maybe this fight could get interesting.
Dakota was relieved to see Arina beating the bigger dog but it seemed some of the other dogs didnt. They shouted to the bigger dog telling him to get her, or rip her to shreds. Dakota stayed silent and just watched. The dog next to her gave a growl when he saw Arina beating the bigger dog. Standing up he left the arena. Dakota looked at him then back to the arena. 'Come on Arina. You can do it.' She cheered the dog on in her mind .
