"You wouldn't want to do that. We're already in enough trouble as it is and it owuld really mean alot to us if you didn't tell him. Okay?" she said not wanting to get bitten again.

Dempsey waited until the healer was done then moved away."Alright, I'll leave it up to you two, but we dont want anything like this happening again." The healer told them then walked to the back of his den. dempsey nodded knowing he was right but he didnt want to talk to Roan right now, besides he wasnt even there. Gettig up the hunter walked out of the den and looked back for Cali.
Cali stayed to talk to the healer for a moment. He was going on about how much she was turning into her mother and it wasn't like she could just turn and leave. When he was done she swallowed the lump in her throat and thank him for before following Dempsey. She pushed past him and layed down in the back without a word.

Dempsey looked to Cali wondering why she seemed so quiet now. Walking to her he sat next to her and tilted his head. "Are you alright?" He watched her and flicked his ear as the webs began to bother. He wanted to know what was wrong with the wolf and now he kinda felt the way cali did when he didnt tell her what was wrong.
"I'm fine." she whispered but you could tell she was crying. Cali done alot of that lately, thoughts of her mom plus the humans had all just sorta piled up on her and taken her by surprise. She didn't know what to do anymore and she felt lost.

Dempsey shook his head and stroked her with his tail. "Now. Dont pull the stunt I did." He smiled trying to make the situation better. "Now tell your buddy whats up or I'll keep bothering you until you do." he lay next to her and tilted his head alittle.
"I don't want to talk about it." she mumbled feeling him lay next to her. Cali leaned into his touch thankful for the support Dempsey was attempting to give her. All the things the healer had just said about her becoming a lovely young lady just like Azura had been floated around in her head and she was to scream and tear off into somebody.

Dempsey looked to the ground as she moved closer. He had already told her how he felt but it was still weird. "Alright. You can tell me when your ready." he murmered and copying what she had told him earlier. Putting his head on his paws he swished his tail back and forth waiting for her to say or do something.
"He told me I was just like her. That I was turning to a beautiful and strong wolf just like her. I don't want to be just like her I want to me. Cali. That's all I want to be and I don't want to constantly have to live up what she left for me. I don't want to walk in her shadow and have to fill her paw prints. It's not who I am or what I want." she said getting up and pacing as she talked.

Dempsey watched Cali pace and he moved his head up. "Well you cant expect everyone to treat you like you, while your mother set such a great example." He sat up now and tilted his head. " You just have to do better, and make sure everyone see's Cali not...Azura." He said her mothers name quickly and sighed. It was probably easy said then done but he felt kinda bad. Sure Dempsey's father was alittle bit of a rebel but no one paid much attention to him so Dempsey didnt have anyone to live up to.
