Tyler saw Brooklyn come of the room and he smiled a little. He had to admit, she was pretty, but he found himself thinking about her more and more as time went on. He tried to stop thinking about it, but he couldn't, and he caught himself staring at her again. He growled to himself and turned away, telling himself he had to stop before he went totally crazy and asked her out.

Brooklynn could feel the weird tingly sensation when someone was staring at her, and she turned around, and saw Tyler looking at her. Giving him a small, awkward smile, she exited the room, and out of site. She didn't know what Tyler was going to do, and she didn't want to figure out, so she let her body take her to art class to get her mind off things.
Tyler turned a corner and slipped into his next class, social sciences. He took a seat and waited for people to start piling in. He knew Dave had the class with him, and he wasn't looking forward to being with that creep who saw annoying people as some sort of art form. He took out a pencil and paper and waited for something to happen. He started doodling random designs on the paper.

Dave had walked behind Tyler the whole way without saying a word. He stood outside for a moment to say hi to his friends then walked inside. Seeing the other boy sitting down and drawing he pulled up a seat next to him and laughed alittle. "I saw you staring at Brooklyn. I got to admit she's pretty cute. You should ask her out." Dave seemed to always start conversations as if he knew someone forever and it was pretty fun to bother them too.
Tyler glowered at Dave. "No way," he said, turning away from him. "And who cares if I was staring at her, maybe I was staring into space and I just happened to be looking right at her. It means nothing." He kept doodling, starting to draw a little cartoon version of his sister as a cow, but then stopped. He crumpled up the paper and stuffed it into his bag for no reason at all.

Dave laughed and leaned back on his chair. "Then I guess you were staring into space twice. Once in the class and once in the halls. Boy I see mostly anything from the back of the class." A loud shush came from in front and Dave looked up to see the teacher. "Sorry." he smiled and didnt relieze class had started early.
Tyler whispered to Dave, "Maybe I'm the type of guy who stares off into space a lot, and who are you to judge anyway?" He sighed and just sat there and listened. He just hoped this class would be over soon. He kept drawing stupid stuff and every so often writing stuff down that he thought was important to know. School wasn't the most interesting thing in the world.

Patch was leaning against some lockers talking to a few girls when he looked at the clock. He had two minutes to get to class and he really didn't want to talk to them anymore so he said goodbye and headed down the hall. Walking into Art class he looked at the tables and saw there was only one person in the whole class he'd want to talk to. With a smile he sat in the seat directly across from Brooklynn and put his things on the table "Hope you don't mind me sitting her."

"Well get there if its where we want to be and if not, well then I guess we never really lost anything in the first place."
Brooklynn quickly looked up. "Um... no, you're fine," she said. She quickly gathered her stuff and pushed them together to give Patch more room. Giving him a little smile, she looked back down to her art pad. She was trying to sketch a puppy, but the nose wasn't working out. She erased it several times, and redrew it a billion others. Everything else was perfect, but the nose just never fit in.
Dave looked over to Tyler and laughed alittle. "Yea sure." He nodded in a sarcastic way and turned to take out his notebook and pencil. Flipping the pages he came to a sheet with song lyrics on it. Looking at it for a moment he shook his head and flipped over to a clean piece then started writing random things he heard the teacher say.
