Nightfang stared at the group of toms, her mouth hanging open. How dare Hornetstar tell them that they needed to form a new clan! This was her home, right here in Lionclan! She bristled beside Bearfur as he began to speak. Both he and Cliffheart were in agreement, though their enthusiasm was varying. A snort left her as she began to absorb what they had said. It was true that they were al different now, but that didn't mean that they couldn't live here. She turned her amber eyes to the ground, with a single word she refuse to make the new Windclan and Bearfur would most likely either scold her or endorse her. She frowned at the thought of the cat she loved scolding her. Nightfang sighed as she looked up with resignation on her face, "Very well, I will join Cliffheart and the others as the fourth clan." She turned to the chocolate colored tom who had saved her time and time again when they were in Tigerclan. If there was any cat that could lead the patrol in to being a new clan, it was Cliffheart. Nightfang tilted her head to the side and murmured, "I guess that means we have to call you Cliff'star' now." She gave a shallow laugh before turning back to Hornetstar, "And I guess this is goodbye as well." Hornetstar looked at her with sadness in his countenance. He obviously was a hard time dealing with the loss of his young warriors, but he was doing it for the greater good. The least Nightfang could do was go with them and support her mate.
Cliffheart gave a half-hearted laugh at what Nightfang said, but something was obviously bothering her. "If there's something you want to say, you can say it. You're among friends here," he assured, bumping her hip with his. He felt like he'd be a lousy leader if he didn't let his warriors speak up for themselves or speak their minds. As rearing as he was to start a new clan, Cliffheart still had worries. What about a medicine cat? They didn't have one. Maybe one of his cats could be taught the ways of herbs by Featherheart, but he still had doubts. How on earth was he supposed to start a new clan from scratch? He stifled a sigh as he waited for Nightfang's response.

Wolfheart looked up at Hornetstar. Her jaw dropped right open. Her green eyes gleamed like emralds. Were they forming new clans again? What was happening? Wolfheart had a thosand questions in her mind but no answers. She growled and scratched the ground trying to find an answer to this. Two of us start a new clan? Who would be of ThunderClan and WindClan. Suddenly the world brightened around her. ThunderClan and WindClan. She had dreamed of living in a time like that. Now her dream was coming alive. She looked up. She thought she could see the stary shape of Firestar smileing down at all of them. She blinked. He dissapeared...

OOC: That's fine, so long as you didn't have him descend from Starclan and send you off on some impossible mission XD Someone's done that before and I had to tell them to knock it off X3
Nightfang tossed a look toward her new leader, a bit of apprehension swelling within her. After a moment she chose her words, "How exactly are we going to make a new clan? Honestly, we are all so young despite the experience we all have of working together. Darkwhisker is still back in Tigerclan's camp, in fact she might think we're all dead now. Plus, we don't know if she would join us seeing as her mentor Featherheart is so old. We won't have a medicine cat, there will only just be the five of us. How are we going to work as a unit? Not to mention that any kits born in this clan would probably just come from me and Bearfur, this is provided that you and Wolfheart don't become mates or mate outside the clan. We aren't even sure that any rogues or loners would join us. They might all be scared away by the reputation that we clan cats have. It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me to split Lionclan up, but I will go with you despite my doubts." Now that she had spoke, she saw a troubled look on Hornetstar's face. The tom obviously hadn't taken any of the this in to consideration. However, from across the camp the voice of the aged medicine cat sounded. "I will take on a new apprentice," she rasped. Hornetstar looked surprised by the announcement, as well as the rest of the clan. "Featherheart, you're old enough to be an elder. We don't know how long you will be with us. Is it wise for you to take a new apprentice?" Hornetstar questioned. Featherheart's nose twitched with annoyance, "I'm not dead yet you kit. I'll be around for a while yet, plenty of time for a new apprentice." Hornetstar looked doubtful, "We don't have any new kits that would be become apprentices." As if an answer to their question, the young apprentice who had been abducted by Tigerclan appeared at the entrance to the camp. He glanced over at them, having heard their conversation from above on the walls. "I will do it. From what I have seen I know that hurting anyone is not my destiny. I will be the new medicine at of this clan."
Sablepaw had managed to work with Fluffy and Kirby to take back the small kit that the apprentices had stolen during the trials. The queens had been none-the-wiser since the small tom had managed to slip in and out undetected. The little kit didn't make a sound as the dark apprentice took him away. Outside, Kirby and Fluffy had been waiting for him. Once they saw Sablepaw the quickly rushed out of the camp, kit in tow. The three had made their way to the Horseplace where the kit had been stolen. Sablepaw looked within the barn to see a pair of glowing eyes stare straight back at him. The she-cat, presumably the mother of the stolen kit, snarled and hissed, "Stay back!" Sablepaw stepped forward tentatively and placed the kit on the floor so that he may speak. "Wait a moment," he said softly, "We aren't here to hurt you." The she-cat spat again, "You'll not have another one of my kits!" Sablepaw pointed his tail to the small bundle of fur he had brought with him, "Actually we are here to do the opposite. We came to right the wrong that has been done to you." The mother she-cat looked down at the kit, her eyes growing round. The she-cat let out an exclamation as she launched herself at the kit, "Chip!" Sablepaw backed away from the mother, "I'm so sorry. We didn't hurt him. Just keep him safe and we won't ever come around here again." Without another word and not a look back, Sablepaw left the barn. Fluffy and Kirby followed him out without a word. He padded a good ways from the barn and turned to the two rogues. "I guess this is goodbye..." he murmured. He turned his eyes back to the Lionclan side of the lake. He didn't know the way back to camp since he had only been out of the camp once. The day he had been made an apprentice was the day he had been captured. Fluffy beside him mewed in his ear, "Do you know the way home?" Sablepaw shook his head softly. Fluffy turned to look at Kirby. The tom sighed softly, "I guess we can take you to the other side of the lake, but we don't know the way to your camp. You'll have to find your way there." Sablepaw grinned warmly at the older tom, "Thank you." So the trio made their way across the lake territory. They took it slow just in case the battle still raged. Fluffy and Kirby weren't up to fighting well-trained warriors and Sablepaw hadn't been taught to fight. Along the way they talked a bit about what the two rogues planned on doing. They had told Sablepaw that they didn't know exactly. Being in Tigerclan had given them purpose, now without a clan they didn't know what to do. Sablepaw turned to look at them as they walked, "Maybe you could join us in Lionclan. We're nothing like Tigerclan. You'll be respected." The two cats looked skeptical but said nothing. As the approached the Lionclan camp they heard the discussions echoing through the forest. It sounded like Tigerclan had lost and that new clans were forming. He could hear Hornetstar's remarks on the newly forming Windclan and the absence of an apprentice for medicine cat. He knew what he had to do. He entered the camp and spoke out that he should be the new medicine cat. After all he had seen he would never let a cat die under his watch. Kirby and Fluffy had followed him in to camp, though they didn't look like they wanted to be there. Sablepaw turned to them, wisdom beyond his years reflected in his eyes. "Instead of joining Lionclan... Thunderclan I mean, you may want to go with Cliffheart and the new Windclan cats. Its a fresh start." He turned back to the group of cats discussing the split of Lionclan, "That is if Cliffheart will allow it."
Cliffheart thought about what Nightfang had said, then the medicine cat discussion had begun and he was pressured to listen to that. Sablepaw made an epic and well-timed entrance, and now he was to make the decision if he would allow Kirby and Fluffy into WindClan if everything worked out. Cliffheart smiled warmly at Sablepaw, that old fondness for the young cat working its way up again. He turned to the two former TigerClan cats. From what he remembered, they weren't the best fighters, but he decided to work that out later. "If they will join us, I will have them," he declared, his eyes warm and protective. Then he turned to Nightfang, his face suddenly turning grim. "I believe that you have legitimate concerns, Nightfang, and I, too, worry that we're too young to handle this, but if we are all together, we've proved that we can get through anything."

Ooc: I LOVE YOUR NEW SIG EBBS!!! THUNDERSTEP SO HANDSOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wolfheart blinked. Yes they had proven themselves by going through the TigerClan spying. Yes they had made it through this battle. They had survived. The clan had survived. They had the blessings of StarClan. Thus proves they could be as mighty as all of StarClan itself if they were together. They were like a clan. Powerful, mighty, strong, and brave. Corage. They had made it through with courage. "Courage." she spoke. "We got through with courage."

Bearfur listened to everything quietly, a contemplative look on his face. In truth, though he may have nodded in the proper places, his mind was elsewhere, thinking about how exactly they would get through this all. If you looked carefully into Bearfur's eyes, you would see a glassy look. If you tried hard enough to look past that, you could see his thoughts. How, even though he trusted Cliffheart with his life, he worried about everything else. About strengthening the clan and building future generations. He would miss the guiding eye of the elders and of Hornetstar and, truthfully, as he realized he would leave friends behind, he regretted even letting his thoughts pass through this topic. Shadestreak, his only ally from TigerClan would remain in what would become ThunderClan, and many of his former clan-mates would be staying, as well. But, as he looked around him and shaking off the glassy look in his eyes, a small smile slipped onto his face. He had his friends - his family - and that, to him, would be enough to get him through. And as he looked at Petaldancer and Thunderstep, Cliffheart, Wolfheart, Hornetstar; he realized that, what is in a clan? They could still be a family - they'd just be farther than before. As daunting as that sounded, he was perfectly fine with it because he knew - just knew - that they would all stay together no matter what. Catching Nightfang's glance, he smiled full out. And he had her beside her and that was the best thing he could ever ask for. Other cats probably thought he was crazy for having a broad smile on his face but he had no care for what they were thinking because he was there, had family and was, for the first time in a great while, truly, one hundred percent, happy.
Kestreleye watched everyone's conversations quietly and frowned. "Thunderstep, what about our clan? What shall we do about a medicine cat?" he asked, turning towards his friend. In truth, the daunting journey ahead of him scared him breathless, and he found his lungs shrinking every second. He felt like an idiot worrying so much, but a part of him tried to soothe him: "It's natural," it cooed, "you're not aware of it, but this is your way of coping. Everyone copes differently." But it did nothing to calm him down - it only made him slightly angry. Why did his breaths come short now? Why could he not react to this like Thunderstep or one of the LionClan cats? Calm for a second; I need to get a grip on this situation. Wait for Thunderstep to speak. And as he thought that, he looked at his friend expectantly.
