OOC: Alrighty folks! Got everything set up. If its only the four of us I might make my character a girl... Yeah lets do that ^^ Anyway, here we go! Oh by the way its New-leaf :D
Nightfang opened her eyes groggily as a the sun filtered in to the hollow of Lionclan. Her dark tabby fur twitched softly as a cool breeze of morning air whisked by her. Most of the warriors den was empty, the morning patrol had already been sent out. With a yawn and luxurious stretch, Nightfang padded out of the warrior's den and breathed in deeply the scent of the morning. She turned her dark amber eyes to the high ledge. Long ago the legend of a cat called Firestar had made that his home. She didn't believe in that cat however. He was merely a myth of older and chivalrous days long gone. Hornetstar, however, was real as he sat looking down upon his clan with satisfied eyes. Yet Nightfang knew there was hidden worry behind the tom's eyes. Tigerclan was ever looming on the edge of everyone's mind. It was hard to want to fight the other clan since only just one generation ago they had been all one clan. Featherheart, the current and aging medicine cat, had received a vision from Starclan, or at least she said she did. Now the clan was divided and tensions were growing. Still, Nightfang knew nothing other than Lionclan. She shared no loyalty to Tigerclan and she knew that they felt the same way. By now the rest of the clan was beginning to mill around and start their duties.
Looking up from his position across the camp, Bearfur nodded in greeting Nightfang."'Morning, Nightfang. I assume you slept well?" he meowed. He saw the tension in her eyes from the current situation. As nervous as he himself was, he didn't want that to overwhelm his clanmate's minds. He grinned jovially at her, his chipped tooth clearly standing out. Bearfur never spoke about it though."You know, it looks like it's gonna be a good day," he chuckled, nodding to himself.
ooc; sorry if it's short or the post is weird... i'm on my droid...

Darkwhisker had stayed up from the early hours, feeling the warm rays of the sun only momentarily when she stepped out from the medicine cat's den to get a breath of fresh air. She padded back into the den and began to sort within her mind, peering into the momentous pools of her subconcious to begin memorizing the herbs, just like the day before, and the day before that. Darkwhisker had always been on her toes when she became medicine cat. Her old mentor, Featherheart had trained her well, though Darkwhisker had still more to learn. "Mairygold, yarrow, cobwebs, poppy seeds..." She recited each morning. As a medicine cat, it was her whole life description to serve the clan, and also to be completely devoted to help everyone in it, any way she could. When Darkwhisker finished her memory game, she waited paciently and began to go into contemplation. 'I am a good medicine cat, aren't I not?' She told herself, as she did always. As humble as she was to be, Darkwhisker would sometime begin to pride herself in her work. But when she were to watch as the warriors and apprentices to about their ways, she felt hushed from her proudness. Darkwhisker looked out to he entrance of the den, seeing the shapes of cats flitter by the enterance. Everyone had to serve and protect the clan, it had been that way since the clans were first formed. Darkwhisker looked down to the small pools of water that filtered their way on the floor of the den, and stared at her eyes in the reflection, for the pools were very small. They glinted in the darkness, the only light being the way out of the den.
OOC: Thats perfectly fine ;D it just feels good to RP again XD
Nightfang gave him a weak smile, unable to hide her feelings of discontent properly. Still, Bearfur was always good to have around when you just wanted to feel relaxed. That tom didn't ever give you an anxious vibe, unless on the battle field of course. "I sure hope so," she replied to the large brown tom, "We could use a good day after the long leaf-bare. It'll be good for all of us to have something fill our bellies." As she said that, Emberfang glanced in their direction and called out, "Have you two been assigned to a patrol yet?" Nightfang quirked her head to the side, "You're the deputy, why don't you tell us." "Watch it or you'll be doing apprentice duties," Emberfang snapped. Nightfang gave an apologetic smile, "Not as far as I know." Emberfang gave a curt nod, "Good then you and Bearfur can go out on a hunting patrol. Like you said, we need the food. Take Ivysong and Finchpaw with you." Nightfang shrugged her shoulders and looked at Bearfur, "Guess we gotta go." Before she turned to leave she called out for Ivysong and her apprentice. Once they had come over, Nightfang led the way through the ancient thorn tunnel.
"What a drag," joked Bearfur, grinning. "I was content with laying in the sun all day." He chuckled and smiled to Ivysong. "Hello! Good night of sleep?" Before she could answer he looked at Nightfang and trotted to catch up. "You're on edge as usual. Nothing some adrenaline won't fix, eh? I feel like I haven't been out in a while!" He threw back his head and laughed easily, earning an annoyed look from Ivysong. Shrugging, Bearfur rolled his eyes. Relaxing is just what this clan needs, he thought, even though we're in such hard times. His brows furrowed as he thought, and he licked his lips irritatedly, shaking his head. Once again looking at Nightfang, he cackled easily and rolled his eyes. "Always so tense," he chided.
