When the phone rang, Reggie, as usual, didn't answer it. He hated getting annoying phone calls from senators and all that jazz, so he just resorted to the reasoning that, if they had something important to tell him, they'd leave a message. When the voicemail tone sounded, Reggie groaned and shoved himself out of bed. Grabbing his cell phone from its charger, he headed off to the small kitchen that was just a wall of his main room. He hoisted himself up onto the counter. Reggie had one of the smallest apartments in the whole building, and he liked it that way. Big places made him nervous, and he liked knowing everything that was going on in that space he was in. Finally, the young lycan opened his phone and saw Thomas's number. Thats odd, he thought, but listened to the message. Pack meeting. Great. Reggie hated pack meetings, especially morning ones.

ic; While drying her hair, Rachael hear her cell phone ring. "Cursing the day this thing was created," she grumbled. It was almost undoubtedly Thomas, so she decided that she would let it ring. Tying her hair back, she felt her bangs fall on her forehead as she picked up her phone. Pack meeting? I called it, she thought. Tugging a black low, scoop-neck sweater over her white v-neck shirt, Rachael felt extremely comfortable in her ensemble. Tucking her jeans into rain boots, she grabbed a granola bar while shoving her keys, cell phone and wallet into her coat pocket. Pulling the peacoat over her sweater, she locked her door behind her and started the cold trek to the park. "I loathe winters," she grumbled, boots gliding through the sloshy mess that was on the sidewalk. Despite Manhattan being a relatively crowded - albeit nice - city, there were often times that her neighborhood remained empty due to people's jobs. But that wasn't a problem to her. I like the quiet, she thought.

Katie made her way down the cold empty streets, smiling to herself. She loved the cold weather, it made her feel so alive. Walking down the street towards her was a young male, he looked to be about her age, maybe older. As they passed each other, she smiled and winked at him. He stopped to try and talk with her but she kept on walking. She loved messing with people like that. Crossing the street to head west, she stopped in a bakery shop, picking up some pastries for the pack. She was blowing what little money she had, but she didn't sweat it. Things like that didn't exactly bother her. She lived in the now, and right now, she was craving raspberry muffins. Picking out an assortment of them, she payed the hot cashier, who threw in an extra muffin for her,(along with his number on a napkin), and left heading for the park Thomas mentioned.
OOC: I've never played a character like this before, I'm quite liking her! xD

As he trudged through the slushy alleys, (Reggie hardly ever used normal streets), he swore he felt someone watching him, but he supposed that was just his natural feeling. Reggie was an extremely cautious boy, and an even more cautious lycan, which was why he was always casting glances over his shoulder with untrusting eyes. When the park came to view in the distance, relief came over Reggie. The sooner he arrived at the park, the sooner the meeting would be begin, and the sooner the meeting would be over.

A sudden growl essued from the pit of Ellie's stomach, she hadn't eaten since a quarter to nine yesterday night. Her hand touched the steel handle of the refridgerator as it swung open to reveal an assormant of fruit, wheat bread, and coffee. Pouring the water and the grounds into the coffee maker, she turned it on and went to get dressed. Walking to her closet, she pulled out a pair of cream knit boots, a v neck cream long sleave shirt, a light brown sweater, and a cream knit hat and a printed scarf. A brisk ring issued from her cell phone as she haistly dressed. As the call finished, she was just about to pick up the phone to answer it. It was Thomas, which meant there was a pack meeting today. She then looked at the clock, it's face saying 10:30. With a sigh, she grabbed her coat and went out of the appartment.

I am sorry that I have not been very active on the forums. At one time when i tried to login, it would not let me, so a few months later I tried again and it worked! So here I am, but I will not be on all the time!
Thomas had finally managed to take his shower, though his mind was filled with thoughts that only an alpha would worry about. Leaving the shower behind he dried off and pulled on a jet black long sleeved shirt and a pair of jeans. Looking in his closet he found a fluffy brown leather coat, only a few shades lighter than his own skin color. Flipping the collar up he grabbed his keys and the cell phone before heading out. He descended the stair with ease and walked out in to the street. Clouds of steam lifted from gutters in the ground while dark clouds hung in the sky. He braced himself again the cold, he personally hated it when it was this cold out and he wasn't in what he considered, his true form. The wolf within him could brave this cold without so much as a care in the world. His soft human skin hated being without warmth. He had to admit though, the heavy coat of fur wasn't as easy to handle in the summer. The tall young man wove his way through the city and managed to find the meeting point. It was a pitiful excuse for a park, chain link fences in various place, though most of it was broken. A park bench with more than one gang sign on it sat near a pathetic old tree. At one side of the park stood what used to be a nice children's play set, though now it was gutted and the swings that once sat there were missing. It wasn't a nice place, though most people did avoid it, making it easy to talk here without worry of discovery. Thomas made his way to the old pathetic tree and stood under it. His dark eyes darted every which way for a moment before he finally relaxed. It was dangerous being out here as a normal person, though as it was he really didn't have much to fear... Well, except for an armed gunmen of course.
Reggie kept pushing through snowdrifts until he finally reached the park. A dark shape could be seen, standing under the stupid excuse for a tree. Reggie stopped and surveyed the surrounding area from the safety of the alley. He noted the number of people around and where they were and what they were doing, and if they seemed to be a threat. When all of that was calculated, Raggie focused on the figure in the park. He finally relaxed when he recognized the alpha, Thomas. Reggie just headed over, keeping a wary eye on everything that moved until he reached the tree. "Morning," he greeted, without much emotion. He hated mornings more than anything.

Thomas wasn't surprised when Reggie appeared. His dark eyes never moved toward his pack mate, instead he continued to survey the surrounding area. In a deep part of his throat he let out a low growl in reply to the, 'Morning' greeting he had been given. He fell silent and stood completely still. He listened, though his human ears didn't pick up much over the sounds of the city. "Have you seen any of the others on your way here?" He sent a sideways glance to the younger male, his dark brow lifted in question.
Katie turned the corner to see the park. She could make out two forms, one was Thomas, and the other Reggie. She crossed the street without stopping to check if there were cars. An old silver car came to a screeching halt, just inches from hitting her. The older man behind the wheel hung out of the window yelling profanities to her. She smiled, waved, and made her way to the two members of her pack. "Hello my dear pack members." Her voice rang out. "I come bearing gifts!" She opened the lid to the white box that held the pastries she bought, their warm smell wafting into the air. Taking out a raspberry one for her self she shook the box towards the two, taking a bite, she said, "Come on, take some! They're still warm."
