ooc; Correct me if I'm wrong, but I am assuming the elves know why everyone was called here? If not, I can totally change it!
Kaleo stood with the others, keeping silent. He was dressed in his normal attire, and his long and slender hands twisted the dagger over and over, the only sentimental object Kal owned. He didn't focus much on material things, really the only thing he focused on was whatever task was handed to him at the time. He was one to always try his hardest at whatever he was doing, it was the only thing he could focus on without getting...emotionally involved. A task, he could do it, be done with it, and start something new. It was his life, and he wasn't complaining. Things were changing, he could feel it. Not that things hadn't been changing for a long time, for he knew no river stayed the same, but everything was about to change, and he feared it wasn't for the better. He was a proud elf, one who generally enjoyed the solitude. So meetings like this almost made him anxious. Almost. Kaleo sheathed the blade into the familiar holster around his waist, and waited for whatever was about to unfold.

OOC: Actually, none of our characters know just yet ;D The Usercharacter elves have been living in Thur'endar for most if not all their lives. So, your character doesn't have its dragon yet ;D We're all at the gates of Tanarious ^^
Isel stood next to the others that, like him, were called to Vis'holma. It struck him odd that he had never been to Vis'holma before, and he himself was an elf. Perhaps he never really wished to venture to the elf homeland. Isel folded his arms over his chest, and looked over to the others. He was quite curious as to what was going to happen to them. It's not a trap, for one thing. Isel imediately ruled that out, for it sounded obsurd. Our true purpose? The statement boggled his mind, leaving him eager, but still hesitant, to enter the gates. Without realizing it, a soft sigh escaped his pale lips.
The moment the king's men had knocked on her door, Ariana was stricken with a panic attack and promptly fainted from the surprise, having been broken from her reverie. Where she stood currently, however, she paid no attention to the matter at hand. Rather, her doe-like eyes skimmed over everything since it all held such intricate detail - the gates especially. However, when the elven girl spoke, Ariana tilted her head to the side, the surprise of them having a purpose having worn off as soon as she woke up from her fainting spell. "Tanarious. Even the name is beautiful!" the teen murmured with wide eyes. Gripping the bandana-like skirt that was tied at her left hip, she hummed in thought. The comfortable and black fabric of her pants were tucked inside of her boots. The bandana-like skirt that was on top was an earthy brown and the vest on top of her white shirt was a forest green, tied by a leather string. All the materials were comforting and seemed to offer the girl "protection" from the surprises awaiting her - or so her parents had said as they watched her off.

Troka sent a sideways glance at the cheery red headed human girl, the awe on the young girl's face was evident. The half-ling hadn't caught what she had said, but she was aware that the human had said something. Turning to look at the elves on the shore again, Troke gulped at what their purpose actually was. She watched as the elves swept their arms toward the sloop, their regal countenance made them look surreal. The she-elf spoke again, "We hope that you will come to think of this land as your home away from home." The she-elf and her male counterpart began to walk to the boat, before they reached it she spoke again, "You may wish to dismount your horses. You will not need them in Vis'holmå." Troka stared past them to the huge gate, the size seeming impossibly large compared to her small body. She smiled nervously as she dismounted her pony. Turning to look at the elves, she called out, "Um... I'm so sorry to bother you my good noble elves but... My parents need this pony if I have no use for it. How shall it get home? I live a good deal west of here." The she-elf continued on to the boat while the man-elf turned around. He peered at her with his aloof blue eyes. He looked toward the shaggy pony and spoke soft words in a language Troka did not know. The little hobbit stared in surprise as her pony turned and began back the way they had come. She turned to give a curious look to the man-elf who replied in a voice as sweet as honey, "Do not worry little one. The language of the elves speaks to the heart of all things. Your pony will find his way home. I told him to go back there." With that he turned back to his female counterpart and boarded the ship. Troka's eyes lit up with childlike delight. What and adventure this was turning out to be. She walked along happily and boarded the boat as well.
OOC: If you took a horse to the gates, just dismount and your horse'll go home too ;D
Dismounting her horse easily enough, Ariana watched as he trotted home easily. Grinning widely, she waved goodbye to the stallion and then faced forwards, quickly scrambling to catch up. Gripping the straps of her backpack, she relished in the intricacies of the boat. Her fingers twitched, the compulsive want to touch boat strong. Folding her hands in front of her she ignored the impulse to do such an act and instead watched with humor as they boarded the boat. When it came to her turn, she strolled easily onto the boat and spun in a small circle before grinning widely. "Brilliant!" she cheered, hands clapping in front of her breast. Even the most dense of people could tell that Ariana was a rather dense woman. She was caring and motherly and all that, but she tended to ignore important or obvious things in preference to the smaller things in life. She was easily entertained and the details on the boat easily amused her. Her hand stroked the smooth wood softly as she stared into the water.

Isel strode up the the elf-crafted sloop, and boarded it. He sat next to the red-headed human woman, of which Isel donned the title, 'Annoying Child' on her in his mind. He looked over to see the halfing. She had a quaint air about her, that of which Isel felt a less hostile presence. He wouldn't be all too worried about the woman and the hobbit, but he could never be too sure they wouldn't pester him. A frown spread his soft lips into a grumpy look, and his bright eyes relaxed into a half-lidded gaze. Isel let his cloak fall over his shoulders.
ooc; Thank you Ebbs! I shall fix my post up a bit. And then post here. :)
Watching the others intently, Kaleo felt out of place. Which was his norm, but still. He also couldn't help watch the red-headed girl who seemed so fascinated with everything, almost as if she was a new foal staring at the vast and open world for the first time. His eyes flickered to the others, who were clearly astounded by nearly everything. He didn't understand such notions. Kal didn't feel much of anything, he kept his mind focused and boarded the boat. His eyes flew directly to the water as he leaned against the railing. He watched as the ripples started small, and grew into something more, as they spread out from the group. One might take this as significance, but to him it was just nature's way of behaving. Ever since he was a young elf, which was many years ago, mind you, he was taught that emotions and involvement were petty things, one should not worry about the small technicalities of life but rather the bigger picture. Finish what you're doing, and start something anew. This felt like another starting of something new, he was just ready to be told exactly what he was to be starting.
Hands in a steady grip on the side of the boat despite her clearly feminine hands, Ariana stared into the water for a second before turning around and examining the others. With a soft smile, she realized they were all of different races. Embarrassment making itself known as a light blush on her cheeks, Ariana coughed lightly. Realizing nobody knew who the others were - or maybe they did and she was just so ditzy that she had missed it - she smiled kindly and gave a shy wave. "A-ah. Uhm, my name is Ariana Spitfire. It's a pleasure." Folding her hands in front of her, she gave a bright smile and bowed forwards politely, braid shifting to rest on her shoulder. She knew the others probably thought she was weak and useless and other terrible things but she didn't mind. She wasn't one to have a heavy mind to think of the burden of appearances. Ariana was quite happy being, well, Ariana.
ooc; i have never played a character so... ... stupid. D: i mean she's not stupid but she tends to notice small things other people don't and she doesn't get if people like her or don't. and she has like ADHD and panic attacks...

Isel glared at Ariana, with a look that he he would never know if he looked offended, or just plain angry at the woman for breaking his train of thought. Isel regained his composure and smiled, making his face angelic. "Isel Darkwhisper. Pleasure to meet you Arianna." He greeted Arianna, with a soft tone. His voice was so refined and extremely soft, it was almost a whisper, which was no mystery to his last name. He took Arianna's hand and kissed the back of it, giving both a lofty and gentle air.
