Warrior Cats: The Four Clans

Zeke smiled. "Name's Zeke. Nice battle. I can't wait to see this guy beat some other Pokemon down. You ready to fight Tank?"
The Totodile nodded, a fierce expression on his reptilian face.

"Oh." She eyed the half-dead Pokémon. "I'll say it is."

Michiko glanced up to see a mountain of a man looming over her, and she sniffed in something close to disdain. She was, in fact, nothing close to being eager to send her new friend into battle if it was only going to come out as battered and bruised as the other had, but.... She supposed they had to learn. "I suppose, although I'm not eager at all to send Chamo into battle." She sat on her legs, squatting as she gave her Torchic a pat on the head.

She stood by idly as everyone made introductions; while outwardly she appeared impassive and rather unimpressed by the whole thing, she was categorizing everyone's name, general appearance, and first impression as well as their Pokémon in her head for future reference. Michiko had been looking forward to a little time with her own Pokémon once they had landed, but she hated giving away information about herself as much as she enjoyed collecting it about others.

"I've no objection," she replied to Kori's suggestion, crossing her arms. Chamo chirped its agreement, tottering around Michiko's legs, occasionally glancing at the others before continuing in its circular path.

Jen left her pokemon to explore after giving them some food. They enjoyed it and went over to Ashly's pokemon, a Torchic. Her charmander, Blaze was trying to see if Torchic wanted to play. She kept looking at the other person's Torchic, so he stared at both of them, wondering which was which. They looked identical, not just because of their species. But their tail feathers were distinguishable. Her Shinx, Thunder, was sending out comunitive sparks to Inferno, her Houndor, who was trying to figure out how to do it. But he was a fire type, so he just spat little balls of heat towards Thunder. His fur poofed up, and now he was a black and blue ball of electricity. She laughed, coming over to fix his fur. Blaze had come over too and was laughing as Thunder chased him and inferno in circles, trying to zap them with his fur.

IC: "All right," Kori said, hoisting his bag up. He was slightly annoyed that, out of their group of six or seven, only two people had responded. "I suppose that's settled, then. I'll be right back."
He picked his way through the trees, towards the entrance to Cerulean. He could see two guards stationed on either side of the road, and several others were visible further in, heading out on a patrol. That meant that they were going to have to go in separately, so as to not attract attention -- or, better yet, they could take out the Rocket patrol and steal their uniforms. They would probably raise the alarms, though, once they came to...

He contemplated this as he headed back. The rest of the group was more or less as it was before -- people conversing and getting to know their Pokémon.
"These guys are going to need some tightening up," he sighed. Then, addressing the group at large, "Yo, everyone! Just a heads up that there is a Rocket patrol heading this way, so we need to pack up and get going. And, just to be safe, get prepared for a battle, because there is probably going to end up being one." He looked behind himself, then back at the group. "Also, one last thing: I need a volunteer to head into the city with me so that we can get a resting place set up, as it would look too suspicious if we all went in at once. Any takers?"
