Leaftail was scenting around and looking for prey and she looked at Silverfrost. "I'll go with you, maybe there will some prey hiding in weird places!" Leaftail meowed to Silverfrost her tail still flicking around.

Browntail nodded. "Go ahead, I think I'll keep hunting here," he said. He stalked off toward the trees. He scented rabbit. He crouched, mouth open and senses alert. He located the position of the rabbit on the other side of a bramble thicket. He crawled around toward the other side of the thicket until he saw the fuzzy brown fur of the plump rabbit. He distributed his weight evenly, then, just as he was about to pounce, the rabbit flicked up its ears and bolted. "Aw foxdung!" Browntail snarled and leaped into the undergrowth after the rabbit.

Silverfrost nodded at Browntail, then looked over to Leaftail. "Alright, let's get going. But please, don't touch anything if you're unsure of what it is" he said, feeling he was treating her like a kit. "Sorry" he mewed. "Just don't run into trouble."

Browntail ducked under another bush and continued the chase after the rabbit, following the scent, but when he emerged from the other side of the bush, he tripped over a root and tumbled over. "Dang!" he hissed. He looked up to see the rabbit was gone. He stood and shook his pelt which was now covered in burrs, panting hard. He started off the way he'd come.

Leaftail was watching Browntail run off. She turned to Silverfrost and meowed "okay! I won't touch anything!" She started walking ahead scenting for prey. Because if there was any prey and they walked by it they would scare it away. "Hmm... no prey!" She looked at Silverfrost and started to walk forward.

ic:: Lilyspirit broke off to hunt a mouse. Her mouth watered as she tracked the small creature, whiskers twitching as it came into sight. She instantly dropped to the ground, stalking it. She was up breeze, so it smelled her before it saw her, but she leaped just as it caught the scent, making the kill just before it ran. Burying it, she saw Browntail pad her way covered in burrs. "How's the hunting?" She mewed, tail lashing in amusement.

Browntail looked up and saw Lilyspirit who'd just caught a mouse. "Just missed a rabbit," he mumbled. His eyes were narrowed and angry, head low and tail lashing. His claws were splayed. How had he been so stupid as to trip over a dumb root? He cursed to himself under his breath and stopped next to Lilyspirit. "That mouse-brained rabbit may have made a fool of me, but I'll get it back someday, mark my words," he growled.
