Shandler saw that a human was talking to a dog, he smelled it as pitbull, a few cages next to him. He didn't bother to do anything. He just cuddled in the back, whimpering, missing his owners. He didn't want so stupid human comforting him. He wanted his humans back. HIS humans. He had no idea where he was, no idea how he got here, and not remembering the past so much. He let out a little cry.
Tucker saw a little pup backing up in his cage not too far off. The person started getting a little stricter, snapping at Tucker. The dog started toning it down, wondering if he was scaring the pup. He was a fighting dog who was really mean, but he had a soft spot for puppies. He stopped barking all together after that. The person seemed like he wanted to pet Tucker, and was about to reach out and pet the dog, but on second thought, he pulled back, stood, and started back to the door.

Bandi sat in his cage and watched a lady walked over to his cage. He stood up and stared at the lady his teeth showing but he was unsure if he should let her help him or if he sure attack her. When she opened his cage door he back up and watched as she hooked a leash to his collar which was hidden by his bandana. She led him towards a door and he looked back at the others wondering where he was being taken.

Tucker saw the dog named Bandi being taken away by a woman. He was very alert, looking at everything, taking it all in. He looked a a German Shepherd across the aisle. He growled a little, showing the dog that he was serious. "Where am I?" he demanded. The German Shepherd grinned. "You're in a dog sanctuary," he said, gruff voice piercing the air. Tucker stepped back, a little shocked. "What's that?" he asked. "It's a place that bad dogs go to become good dogs, but if they can't be good, they're taken away, and nobody ever sees them again," he cackled. "I don't think dogs like you are gonna ever make it to being good." Tucker growled. He barely knew what this dog was talking about. Good dog? Bad dog?

Bandi was taken to a bright room and they took the leash off of him. He stood there rigid for a few seconds waiting for another dog to come in and fight him. After a few moments of nothing happening he smelled something and looked down. There in front of were two food and water bowls just for him. He looked up at the lady and then started to eat his food as fast as he could before she decided to take it away from him.

Tucker sat down, thinking about what the dog said. He'd never really heard of good dogs and bad dogs. Whenever he'd won a fight his master had called him a good dog, and he'd heard a lot of people calling the dogs bad dogs, but he'd never really thought anything of it, but the way this dog said it seemed like bad dogs and good dogs were a matter of life and death. It made him a little nervous, especially since the dg named Bandi had been taken away into another room.

Bandi looked up at the lady and waited for her to do something. Gently she reattached his leash to his collar and led him back to his cage. His tail was wagging slightly as he ducked to get back in his cage. She shut the door and then hung up his leash then turned to leave. Bandi looked around and saw Tucker watching him and tilted his head curiously.

Tucker was very confused now. What did they do to Bandi? He sighed and tried to shove the thought from his mind. He decided that the only way to find out what happened to him in there was to ask him. He was about to ask when the woman came up to his cage. She opened the cage door. Tucker was about to lunge at her a attack, when she clipped a leash the the strap around his neck that was called a collar. He noticed that the leash was straight and solid, keeping him a ways away from her. She took him into the room as well, and he prepared himself for anything, but what he saw was food. He ate it quickly, noticing how starving he really was.

Shandler saw that a lady was taking dogs out, and then into a room, before putting them back it. This time, a large, handsome pitbull came out of the cage. Shandler didn't know if he wanted to go with the lady or not. The dogs that went didn't seem much different, except maybe a little different scent on their pelt or something. Perhaps it was safe. But Shandler knew he shouldn't take his chances.
When Tucker was done eating, the woman brought him back to his cage. He lay donw in it, wndering if it wouldn't be so bad after all. They had food and he was with dogs he knew, so that was good.
